Contract Workplaces – Santiago Offices
Contract Workplaces has developed a new office space for their workplace design firm located in Santiago, Chile.
Conceived as a “concept showroom”, the new office offers creative and efficient solutions to respond to the diversity of situations and activities that are already taking place in the new workspaces. Contract Workplaces´s new offices in Santiago were developed on an open floor of 653 sqm with 101 positions distributed in an open plan scheme.
The project entails a variety of spaces where different types of activities can be carried out: individual work, formal meetings, training, team meetings, private concentration areas, workshop tables, spontaneous meetings, phone calls, coffee break, lunch, exercise and rest, among others. As for the finishes and the image of these new offices, the carpet became a key feature of the project. It allows the layout to communicate dynamism and emphasizes the idea of unity and mobility, while acting as a differentiator and spaces delimiter. Finally, it is important to point out the coworking open space area designed to be used by the community of professionals and suppliers related to the activity, so as to create synergy.
