Distiller Records – London Offices
Alexander Martin Architects has designed the new offices of Distiller Records Group in London.
To transform a former West London brewery into 100m2 headquarters for a record company. To create a dynamic workspace, that is both flexible and informal with a variety of break out areas and meeting spaces. Keeping the spirit of the company, with all its musical heritage, whilst creating a lively working environment.
To create a central focus surrounding the main sound-proofed meeting area. To integrate the various spaces AMA devised a horizontal slot through the main wall, this intervention acts a catalyst for creativity. Using bespoke joinery with a curated collection of furniture from Tom Dixon, Maarten Van Severen to Vitra and B&B Italia. The finish and feel kept in tandem with the record label branding. Delivered to a tight timescale.
