  • Location Chicago, Illinois, United States,
  • Industry Non-Profit / Government,
  • Partners by Design has designed the new offices of the Chicago Literacy Alliance located in Chicago, Illinois.

Like 1871, a premier local example of the power of physical community, the Literacenter provides creative space on a membership basis to organizations in all stages of development, and enhances that experience with a full slate of events where members can connect.

The Literacenter workspace includes open office sharing and offices with book-themed names and bright colors which enrich the space with the literary goals its occupants aim to achieve. Fully fit with tech-enabled conference rooms, classrooms, event space, snack bars, and scooters to get you around. The space feels light and airy while at the same time fun and energizing for its members who have two key things in common: missions focusing on literacy and the desire to collaborate for the cause.

Partners by Design worked with Cushing, a digital printing services company to install the graphics used in the space. The collaboration helped Chicago Literacy Alliance bring their wall graphics and stair decal ideas to life.
