A lot happens in the office of a radio company. On one hand, there are daily operations and sales. On the other, live performances and on-air entertainment.

iIHeartMedia (formerly Clear Channel) wanted an impactful space to do both. It needed to attract advertisers and employees, performers and artists. We chose to explore an approach with attitude – nodding to the corporate without alienating the creative.

Design Republic was lucky to find a unique canvas in the historic Odd Fellows building. Pine floors, hidden terra cotta walls, and generously high ceilings set the foundation for reclaimed wood and metal, saturated graphics, and clean modern furnishings.

Full glass fronts on all the partitions allow for more open communication, and the lifeblood of the company, entertainment, is at the heart of the office in a massive multi-screen monitor.

The goal was to embrace the natural elements of the building and break away from an expected corporate interior. The result is a functional, inspirational showplace for the company’s vision.
