Deloitte Offices – São Paulo
Athié Wohnrath Associates has developed the office of global consulting firm Deloitte in São Paulo, Brazil.
A few months ago, Deloitte moved to the newly constructed building Golden Tower in the south side of São Paulo, Brazil, where now occupy nine floors. It’s one of the most modern buildings of the city, designed in a sustainable model, which generates a very low environmental impact.
This new space is the most concrete sign of Deloitte’s growth in Brazil – in revenue, new business, and number of professionals. As a result of these achievements, the company has expanded its headquarters in São Paulo, which concentrates more than half of its 5,500 professionals in the country.
The project is LEED-CI (Commercial Interiors) Silver certified. The Group A|W – Athié Wohnrath was responsible from the selection of finishes to lighting and HVAC solutions. The works were concluded in eight months.
“More than just a space occupation, the move to the Golden Tower meant to incorporate the Next Generation Workplace (NGW) concept in our daily lives. The model is aligned to the most modern practices of use of space, compatible with the best Deloitte offices worldwide. Six characteristics summarize the NGW: connectivity, flexibility, innovation, integration, mobility and sustainability. This new concept encourages working relationships, and provide an attractive environment for professionals”, says Sonia Romeiro, Manager of Deloitte Talent Area and responsible for dissemination of NGW in the company.
