VRTIŠKA • ŽÁK has designed the new offices of multinational real estate company DTZ located in Prague, Czech Republic.
The multinational company DTZ office is located in the Florentinum building in Prague 1. We were asked to develop a proposal office space with a focus on quality work environment. The dominating elements are natural oak, white color, glass and colored accents complementing the overall atmosphere in the space. Strong entrance element is a round reception from white Corian with the top executed in wood and atypical acoustic ”clouds” in the meeting rooms, covering existing suspended ceilings, diffusing direct light and sound and visually rewarding meeting rooms.
