Hawkeye Partners Offices – Austin
STG Design has designed the new offices of real estate private equity firm Hawkeye Partners located in Austin, Texas.
Hawkeye Partners specializes in customized investment programs in real estate private equity. Their leaders engaged STG Design to help plan their space in the newly constructed Colorado Tower located in downtown Austin. STG helped create a timeless design that kept the cool tones requested by the client, but also incorporated some warmth with various wooden elements. One of those elements is the textured wooden tiles against the logo engraved in Corian, which boldly draws guests into their clean and minimal space from the elevator lobby. Bright white tones are continued in the office area accented by cool carpet. Glass front offices on the perimeter maintain the office’s open feel, allowing all occupants to enjoy the natural light.
