AAI has designed the new offices of investment firm ZGC Capital Corporation located in Santa Clara, California.
ZGC Capital Corporation is a global leading investment company, primarily investing in companies with disruptive technologies and global market opportunities. Located at 4500 Great America Parkway in Santa Clara, CA, ZGC focus is on various businesses that will bring tremendous value to both US and China. Its core business includes fund investment, direct investment, incubation service, cross-border mergers and acquisition services.
ZGC’s new sleek and contemporary space combines a mix of vivid colors, reclaimed wood, and industrial elements to create a fresh look for their new Silicon Valley offices. The lobby features a polished concrete floor, wood elements, and a radiant orange recessed niche that pulls one into the space. Open office and collaboration spaces are accented with vibrant colored walls, carpet, and furniture, adding energy and warmth. The new break room features clusters of shimmering metal pendants above a large custom wood and metal communal table, open ceilings, and a polished concrete floor. The adjacent collaboration space continues this theme with reclaimed wood walls, and floating soffits. Structural k-braces are exposed, and accented with translucent glass panel elements in lively colors, which further reinforce the open, industrial environment.
