Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados Offices – São Paulo
Athié Wohnrath has designed the new offices of law firm Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados located in São Paulo, Brazil.
In operation since 1922, Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados has new headquarters in São Paulo. The office is now installed in the full 14th floor of the HSBC Tower in New Faria Lima Ave area. The choice of address was based on the desire of being closer to its clients.
The design approach presents modern concepts with the purpose of offering shelter, discretion and comfort without ostentation. The use of special colors – such as dark green on the reception walls reception – was one of the items pre-defined by the client, as well as discrete materials and the wine colored armchairs in the meeting rooms.
The fact that the office was installed in the last floor of the building allowed a ceiling height of 3,60m (the usual is 2,50m) – amplitude which enriches that project. The library annexed to the reception area can be used to welcome clients and visitors or to make legal consultations with comfort and convenience. However, the lawyers rooms configuration followed the hierarchy.
