Steven Leach Group has developed the new offices of global insurance company TransGlobe Life Insurace located in Taipei, Taiwan.
TransGlobe Life Insurance Inc., one of the largest insurance companies in Taiwan, moved to a new building in February 2015. Steven Leach Group was responsible for design and build for eight floors, comprised of 20,234 sqm and 1,000 seats.
In the following nine months, the design team worked with CEO to create a more collaborative work environment. Employees can now work anywhere and meet in formal and informal settings.
The project is LEED certified.
