Cache Valley Electric Offices – Logan
Salt Studio & AE Urbia have collaborated to design the new offices of Cache Valley Electric located in Logan, Utah.
Cache Valley Electric was founded over 100 years ago as a family electrical business based on a few simple principles: work hard, make everything top quality and get it all done on time. Since then, they have expanded to advanced technology services but all along maintain “a tradition of excellence” by having the best equipment, advanced technical skills, effective processes, and most importantly, the best employees.
The new headquarters forges a connection of the CVE culture throughout their space. An elegant space that feels relevant for today, is also perfectly designed to honor principles of industry and longevity.
Workstations provide the storage that required in the construction industry. Stand up communal desks promote collaboration and wellness, along with shared support areas to encourage employees to walk throughout their day. The social spaces such as the top notch cafeteria and lounge areas are full of strong visual cues for either socialization or concentration. Executive spaces with refined walnut, copper and backpainted glass is professional but capricious for the varied events held in the stunning board room.
The designers at Salt Studio planned with furniture that incorporates current technology, and also plans for future change and growth as technology inevitably changes.
