Gensler has designed their new offices off of Broadway, located in New York City.

Playing off the Theater District setting of Gensler’s new digs at 1700 Broadway, the office is a backstage look at what makes a design firm tick. The space is full of dramatic touchpoints, including a five-story interconnected staircase, stunning lighting, and heavily branded details. The office even features a 20-foot lighted marquee running through the center of the space. Full-on, dazzling Broadway.

Aside from the eye-catching elements, the workplace features sit-stand desks and a bike room to encourage health and wellbeing; a digital lab, model shop, visualization theatre, work cafés, and “collaboration avenues” – flexible spaces that celebrate and enable the design process.

Additionally, Gensler expanded the function and space of its library to create a world-class design center that combines forces with the technical team to provide designers with access to building materials, technical expertise, and inspiration on a round-the-clock basis.
