InTouch Solutions Offices – Overland Park
Clockwork AD has designed the new offices of pharmaceutical marketing company InTouch Solutions, located in Overland Park, Kansas.
InTouch Solutions Inc. is a young, vibrant marketing and advertising agency specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. We had great fun designing an open and modern headquarters that promoted creativity and collaboration amongst the workplace.
Like any new headquarters, social equity was a major focus. Therefore, both private and open collaboration spaces are distributed throughout the floorplans. The design features three types of meeting space for each department neighborhood, a small conference room, a phone room and an open front porch collaboration area. A large coffee shop style café and bar with a seating variety for multipurpose use.
All meeting spaces are outfitted with technology to streamline collaboration. The employees can maximize their collaboration utilizing features like TVs, SMARTboards, whiteboard paint, and wireless AV transmitters. After a week of living in the space, the workplace culture was apparent throughout the space through the use of all these creative spaces.
The client’s logo and branding colors were integrated into the interior design from custom vinyl glazing film to the tile installation pattern. Private offices were located at West and East perimeters to allow open office along north and south for optimum daylight and views.
Budget and schedule were project challenges; these were overcome by thoughtful material and furniture selection. The final design is a branded space perfectly suited for a digital advertising firm and its collaborative process.
