LINQ Offices – Baltimore
Turner Development has designed the new offices of telecommunications management company LINQ, located in Baltimore, Maryland.
Turner Development’s concept for “LINQ” was to shy away from the typical office space build out and make the design reflect more of a creative and collaborative working environment.
The open layout with floor to ceiling windows was an ideal space to incorporate unique lighting fixtures as well as a pool table, with the design inspiration being reclaimed wood.
LINQ’s office space build out is located in what was previously the world’s largest grain elevator that has since been converted into luxury condominiums, with retail and office spaces located on the ground floor. LINQ fills one of the largest commercial spaces in the building, occupying approximately 4000 sq feet.
