ARCH.A StudiO Offices – Ho Chi Minh City
ARCH.A StudiO have designed their own offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
When creating a place to work, the pioneers of the Arch.A StudiO have taken their own needs into consideration. They realized that they spend most of the day working in offices or coffee shops, then going home. Therefore, it is necessary to turn the image of the office as friendly as warm as possible, making it a second home of each individual.
With such an outlook, they transformed 32m2 of space rented from an old residential area into a “home” that anyone can feel comfortable with. We can feel it when stepping up the steps with familiar feeling, seeing the rhythm of living in a long and narrow corridors; a leisurely dog lying on a wooden pedestal in front of the hallway; spacious natural green space so that when someone’s in fron of the computer screen, or sitting for too long can go out to water little trees, pick up some dry leaves, drink a cup of coffee … Their work space is skillfully arranged to encapsulate the essential functions of a design office in a small area but without the cramped feeling.
Interaction among people is emphasized – there are long, wide tables to gather around and people can choose their seat anywhere. Sofas for guests is also where the managers hold quick discussions with staff about the design. As designers, they know how to utilize materials and colors so that everything becomes a whole package, which is not too expensive.
The desire of ARCH.A is to provide everyone with a real experience of living space. We always try to create a relaxing space like trees, flowers, etc., so that it will nourish the spirit of each person more and more.
