Gensler designed the offices of real estate investment company Jamestown L.P., located in Atlanta, Georgia.

As part of Atlanta’s Ponce City Market adaptive reuse project, Gensler designed the new headquarters for real estate investment and management company Jamestown Properties. Occupying an entire 74,000-square-foot floor of the office portion of the project, the workspace highlights both the history of the 1920’s building and the bold culture of the company.

Working closely with Jamestown’s leadership team, designers developed a “luxe loft” concept that showcases the building’s industrial interiors and features modern, high-end finishes, exhibiting a commitment to high-quality real estate potential across the risk spectrum.
