Instructure is a tech company that wanted to create an environment to mimic their strong corporate identity: progressive, young, and fun, yet professional, successful, and established. On a fast-paced design and construction schedule, and with a very tight budget for the project, the design team needed to get as much “bang for the buck” as possible.

Flexible space was critical, allowing for easy growth and reconfiguration of workspaces. The owner and the design team also established the goal of providing as many options for nomadic employee work and collaboration as possible including casual sitting/working spaces, conference rooms with a variety of work environments (tall tables, movable lounge chairs & traditional conference table and chairs), coffee bars, a large break room space with seating and bar, video gaming room, one-on-one rooms, personal touch down rooms and the always competitive ping pong and mini basketball hoops game area.
