UBT ‘The Precinct’ Coworking Offices – Sydney

A corporate growth center, designed for coworking, The Precinct is UBT’s new ABW head office in the geographical heart of Sydney, topped off with an agile space for their clients to innovate, collaborate and build their businesses.
UBT is a global organization that supports its clients with business advisory and group buying services. They are committed to providing the best business support including coaching, consulting and training programs.
In a move that reflects this focus, UBT decided to incorporate a coworking space into their new head office at Sydney Olympic Park. This space provides executives with a private, flexible place to work, foster connections and network.
Unispace delivered a concept for a work environment with a village-like vibe that would form its own community; one where like-minded businesses, including UBT and its clients, could be inspired by each other.
The resulting activity based workplace is spread over three floors, with a dedicated floor for coworking. The space is an environment conducive to connection and collaboration, with a choice of private office suites, open plan workstations, group workbenches and casual hot desks.
Members have access to a fully catered café, outdoor terrace, formal meeting rooms for 4 to 20 people, executive showers and training rooms. Each space is designed to maximize the beautiful 360-degree views across the treetops to the Sydney CBD and beyond, letting natural light pour through the office.
