Vox Media Offices – New York City
Gensler designed the offices for digital media company Vox Media located in New York City, New York.
Bursting at the seams in their previous workplace, Vox Media approached Gensler to help define and create a new headquarters that unifies their eight media brands. The solution is all in the details—a neutral and textured palette of wood tones, greys, blacks, and whites runs consistently through the workplace, with brand colors discovered in unexpected places. Hospitality and residential design elements cozy up each of the branded meeting rooms to give each vertical a personalized focus space while allowing the majority of the workplace to remain open and smartly neutral. Looking to band together their brands under one headline, Vox Media’s new workplace allows their teams to design and create in a space that elevates them from start-up to major media player.
