Compass Offices – San Francisco
Located in San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf area, the new headquarters of real estate brokerage Compass combines the company's modern brand with the building's original architectural elements.
Vocon has designed the new offices for real estate brokerage firm Compass, located in San Francisco, California.
Revolutionary Compass wants its clients to find their ideal home – and feel at home within the company’s offices. Compass worked with Vocon to create a new design approach for its locations, so each space feels unique to its region and locale, not a common office prototype.
For the San Francisco office, Vocon created a strategic and comfortable workplace that reflects the specific elements of its location in the Fisherman’s Wharf area, preserving the original brick masonry, warehouse windows, concrete floors and black metal accents – while still incorporating the Compass brand and aesthetic through a neutral, monochromatic color palette that accents the architectural elements. A mix of spaces, including both informal lounges and formal private meeting spaces, ensures employees never lack somewhere to engage and collaborate.
