Peldon Rose designed the offices for global investment firm Marlin Equity, located in London, England.
Marlin Equity relocated their office to Verde SW1 in Victoria as they wanted a new workplace which offered them space to grow into, as well as an opportunity to adopt new ways of working. Marlin’s new London office was designed to underline the company’s core values and demonstrate the company’s standing in the market.
Having an environment that was distinctive and fostered their own culture was an important goal that Marlin wanted to achieve with their office relocation.Throughout the new office design there is a consistent and strong brand presence, helping to uplift the space with intricate details. By incorporating their brand colors and logo, the office now creates a memorable impression for visiting clients and their staff. The office design embraces the contemporary corporate aesthetic which presents a stronger client and guest experience in the front of house areas, more accurately representing the company.
With our unique knowledge of this property and the professional relationship we have with the landlord teams, we are uniquely qualified to deliver this project for Marlin Equity.
