Civi-co Coworking Offices – São Paulo
Pitá Arquitetura designed the coworking offices for Civi-co located in São Paulo, Brazil.
Unlike the majority of coworking spaces along the city of São Paulo, Civi-co have an innovative and still unseen vision in Brazil, it houses unique organizations and companies with civic/social projects.
This was the project’s mission, a bold space able to hold an audacious coworking space, with 18,298 sq ft, located between Pinheiros and Vila Madalena, a perfect location for a place like this, with the purpose of creating communities between the team’s mutual purpose: social transformation.
It has 4 floors, where at the ground floor is located the reception area, bathrooms, a café and an 80-seat auditorium. The other 3 floors hold all the collaborative environment, in a wide area with high exposed ceiling. At the rooftop there’s a terrace with an organic / functional restaurant and space for informal meetings, events or just chatting.
