  • Pitá Arquitetura have designed the offices for online financial consulting platform, Genial Investimentos, located in São Paulo, Brazil.

Genial Investimentos, previously located at Paulista Avenue, has moved to Berrini Avenue to be closer to another company of their group.

Their new offices must highlight the company’s characteristics: solitude, integrity, joviality, and technology. The reception area is composed by neutral colors, from the furniture to the wood floor, making it cozy, but by the side of the window, geometric pieces are attached to the ceiling, as the background of a projection mapping that shows famous artworks and is always in movement.

At the workspace, unusual elements break the sobriety of the space, a 360° TV panel at the middle of the workstations shows real-time information from the financial market, and the walls are covered with colorful visual communication. At the end of a hallway there’s a wood panel filled with prominent vertical wood strips covered with a colored film, and as people walk along it, messages that represent the company’s philosophy are revealed.

The meeting rooms are disposed of in a hallway that can be accessed from both clients’ area and workspaces, using industrial glass partitions as closing, granting permeability between the environments. In the middle of the workspace, there’s access for the café, where people are driven to a friendly environment, composed by a colorful modular shelf, tables for lunch, a built-in bench and a fun ceiling.

It’s a sophisticated project, composed of pure shapes, marked by its technology, which aims to provide a pleasant experience for both the clients and employees.
