Euromoney Institutional Investor Offices – New York City

Ted Moudis Associates designed the offices for financial research and data company Euromoney Institutional Investor, located in New York City, New York.

With its move to 1120 Avenues of the Americas, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC – which provides independent research, news and data services for investors and operates network and conferencing for the financial community – looked to Ted Moudis Associates to provide a full workplace strategy as well as architectural and change management services. The overarching goal was to create a unique environment that was open, bright, collaborative and reflects the firm’s non-hierarchical leadership/direction.

The quantity of private offices was drastically reduced for the new facility. Only three senior executive offices were provided and set up with conferencing areas to be used by teams when the offices’ inhabitants were away. In addition, a variety of open and closed collaboration spaces were placed within steps from staff work spaces for instant access. A flexible Conference Zone – which allows for multiple configurations – was provided for client conferencing and networking events.

A central Café was introduced to provide a place for teams to dine with one another and to meet over coffee throughout day. To assist with this, a barista station was incorporated into the Café to offer staff a break when needed.
