Greenleaf Trust Offices – Grand Rapids
TowerPinkster has designed the offices for family trust company Greenleaf Trust, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
When Greenleaf Trust desired to establish an office in the Grand Rapids area, they selected a Catalyst Development Building on 25 Ottawa, and partnered with TowerPinkster in order to complete their tenant fit-out. TowerPinkster worked with both Catalyst Development and Greenleaf Trust in order to create a high end, tailored interior aesthetic which complements Greenleaf’s other offices around the state of Michigan.
TowerPinkster incorporated elements of the 1900 building’s natural character into the design with original timber framing, load bearing brick walls and exposed wood ceilings. Other features include a living plant wall in the entry, smart glass in office windows, and LED lighting.
The space currently contains six offices, two conference rooms, three open office work stations, a collaboration area and cafe, as well as room for future offices as the company continues to grow.
