Software Sources Offices – Ra’anana
Alter Architects designed the offices for software product distributor and reseller, Software Sources located in Ra’anana, Israel.
Alter Architects managed to design Software Sources to fit 12 workstations in a comfortable open space, meeting rooms, a kitchen and management rooms all within 150 sqm. The great views of the city and the natural light inspired Alter to tone down the use of colors and make the office warm and pleasant.
Alter Architects tried to balance a modern, industrial design with a cozy and friendly environment. Since the design team had to figure out the proper resources to accommodate the acoustics in the open space working area. They used a wooden ceiling to absorb the sound waves. They also designed a unique panel that was placed between the work stations and served as an acoustic element on which the motto of the company was written.
The element is made of fabric and therefore softens the sound in the space.
