After spending two decades in St. Louis, the Los Angeles Rams herald their return to the city of angels with a landmark stadium and a corporate office in sync with the team’s aspirations. The NFL team’s headquarters, completed in August of 2016, occupies a 20,000-square foot space in Agoura Hills. Designed to capture the spirit of the team and its fans, the office exhibits the same clean aesthetics and brilliant styling as the Inglewood stadium, scheduled for completion in 2019.

As one of the world’s most valuable franchises, the Rams needed a workplace that would authentically display their core values to both employees and visitors. A large meeting room resembles a stadium VIP lounge, and the employee dining area is designed in the same vein as a VIP suite. Since most of the space is exposed from the floor to the deck above, designers utilized sound masking to control acoustics. Every workstation features sit/stand desks, and a Rams-branded broadcast studio allows the team to create professional video productions on site whenever inspiration strikes

Creating enthusiasm and instilling a sense of pride within the Rams organization was a priority, because the Rams wanted a workplace that their recently-relocated employees would call home. Many of the Inglewood stadium’s key features are carried over to the office. Built-in-furniture, lighting, ceiling elements, epoxy flooring and faux-wood porcelain tiles are also borrowed from the stadium’s design to create a forward looking, industrial aesthetic. A central bar, inspired by one within the stadium, allows the Rams to host employee events that are visible from every corner of the office’s open, transparent floor plan.
