Dani Arps LLC has created the office design for investment group First Round, located in the Flatiron District of New York City, New York.

Dani Arps took the beautiful bones of an existing space, including the exposed brick and skylights, to elevate First Round’s new offices in New York City. The idea was to highlight the industrial elements while including sleek and high-end finishes.

There are touches of custom furnishings throughout the space. A few highlights include the metal countertop on the bar, the boardroom table, and First Round’s logo on the Dani Lounge. Another standout was the modular café tables in the lunch area that assemble to form one large table with a stylish tabletop pattern to boot.

Dani Arps worked with one of the partners at First Round whose photography displays throughout the office. His photos pull the aesthetic of the office together in the best way.
