Virtusa Offices – Singapore
greeen completed the design for Virtusa‘s offices, a technology company located in Singapore.
Greeen designed the offices for a global information technology services company Virtusa, located in Changi Business Park Area, Singapore.With its expansion to a larger unit – which provide a broad range of IT consulting, systems implementation and application outsourcing services through an optimized global delivery model – looked to Greeen to provide a full workplace design. The design objectives were to create a unique environment that was open, bright, collaborative and reflects the company culture.The number of private offices was reduced for the new facility. From total 9 offices, only three were fixed offices, the rest of the rooms designed to be used by teams when the offices’ inhabitants were away. In addition, a variety of open and closed collaboration spaces were placed within steps from staff workspaces for instant access. Various set up of hot desks area – which allows for multiple work settings – was provided for teams to enjoy different environments while working. Breakout Areas was introduced to provide a place for teams to play games, pool, table tennis with one another and to have informal discussion throughout the day.
