Keppel Land Offices – Ho Chi Minh City
ADP Architects designed the offices for development company, Keppel Land, a branch of the Keppel Group located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Aiming to create an inspiring and creative working environment, Bright – Modern – Inspiring – Premium and deliver company’s values, vision and branding through workplace.
ADP has come up with the concept: the Emergence of the Tropical Cities that has drew from the cities themselves, the tropical architecture is the inspiration behind to connect Vietnam & Singapore. Mixture in materials from luxurious stone to walnut woods that has delivered a warm and welcoming environment. Local touches in materials yet embrace local values to define regionally one of the biggest name in real estate and property industry – Keppel Land.
The office is green-focus that has featured environmental-friendly materials in furniture: MFC materials and painting with Low VOC certificate, carpet is made from recycle materials; and lighting LED systems are used throughout the office for energy saving.
