UST Global Offices – Madrid
CBRE Architecture Spain developed an open plan office design for digital IT company, UST Global, located in Madrid, Spain.
UST Global had a clear idea of what they wanted when they chose CBRE: to get a complete makeover of their office spaces in Madrid. The design model was clear and concise. Common areas were to be located on the ground floor while workstations would be on the first and second floors.
The ground floor was designed to be the reception area to greet and meet clients. The main challenge was to create a hallmark with the company colours, providing the entrance with corporate identity. These colours lead us to the client meeting rooms, found along the façade where they get the best natural light. The canteen and training room complete the ground floor.
The workstations are located on the first and second floor, developing an open space office plan with a range of different areas for meetings and socialising, in both open and closed spaces.
The aim of this project was to take into account the interior environment, along with developing a functional, but at the same time comfortable and cosy space to work.
