Emerge Coworking Offices – Sydney
MKGS Design and Construction completed the design and build of the Emerge coworking offices located in Sydney, Australia.
The new Emerge coworking offices is a space made for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Emerge wanted to create a coworking environment where talented people converge and networking is encouraged. The use of bright pastels and a light and bright interior encourages a happy and harmonious working environment. The breakout space has a cafe style look and feel with vines wrapping an exposed white ceiling and booth seating and lunch tables offer a place to escape and unwind.
The project involved a required complete demolition and overhaul followed by a full office fit out and design – including new flooring, furniture, lighting, mechanical works, and design features.
