YAD SPACE designed the offices for French property developer, Bouygues Immobilier, located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, France.

GALEO is the BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER headquarters, one of the most important property developer in France. This 8 floors building was design by pritzker price architect Christian de Portzamparc.

We have redesigned for them the global user experience for both employee & visitors. By switching the Ground Floor from mostly empty training room to a social place, Galeo Café, we have created a new hearh for the building where employees and visitors can meet, work, have a coffee in a more casual way.

With the rise of Coworking & third spaces, we aimed at recreating a more vibrant life inside, like if it were a multi-tenant building. Each floor responds to a special function, thematics, style…designed for each departement. The new layout plays with open spaces, hideout zones, creative brainstorming rooms and quiet places, allowing people to chose the most efficient space for each kind of task.

Whilst it remains one of the biggest corporate firm in France, we instillated a startup spirt for more colorful and audacious spaces : A vintage boat upside down, oversized wooden sledge, interior greenhouse… The feeling definitely is more Home related than Office related.

The journey along the spaces promises many surprises, blending pragmatic workplace with creative & collaborative ones. Thus we would like to encourage people to move and meet.
