  • BMA Group has created a connected office environment for internet advertising company, Criteo, located in Paris, France.

This architectural achievement designed to stimulate conviviality and an evolution of working methods was conceived with a very Parisian identity.

The space has been designed to make employees feel at home and connected to each other. This zen and connected environment is made possible thanks to a variety of spaces: brainstorming rooms equipped with Video Conference technology, a room dedicated to creativity and games, a library, a Workplace space, “flying desks”, and L’Esplanade, the heart of the space where everyone meets.

This approach of conviviality is registered at all levels of the hierarchy since even the office of the Financial Director is realized like an apartment with a private living room and a big office turning into a room of meeting open to all.

Special attention was paid to the well-being of employees with the creation of the “Workplace” space. This place is fully dedicated to innovation and listening to employees. A team is present throughout the day.

The project is part of the architecture of the 9th arrondissement of Paris. 90 m² of fun spaces are open to L’Esplanade, designed as the “Sacré Coeur”, a central island surrounded by steps on which employees meet around for coffee, at the corner of a conversation.

A “cozy” space with a custom-made Haussmanian bookcase and a chimney overhung with a screen used for informal times, faces the esplanade. On the other side, “the square” houses a baby foot, swings and Fatboys. Traffic between these spaces is via a “street” punctuated by pedestrian crossings and stops. Employees can use scooters as they please. Parkings spaces are installed for this purpose.

The meeting rooms are like little theaters: mounted on a platform and isolated, if necessary, thanks to curtains. A warm atmosphere emanates from the place that mixes eras, styles, playing with palettes of colors and different atmospheres that define the city in itself. The exceptional building at 32 Blanche reflects Criteo’s history and startup spirit.
