  • Oktra designed the offices for Williams Lea Tag, a marketing and communication solutions company located in London, England.

Williams Lea Tag originated as a printer for the financial sector in 1820 and has since grown as an internationally recognised Marketing and Communications company. They had taken up a four-storey space in the West End with the intent of creating an environment that had the right balance of creative, operational and management areas.

This was a fast track project with a phased handover period to allow the majority of the team to move in and commence work in the new space. Oktra delivered 15,000 sq ft in just 6 weeks, leaving the meeting room and management floor to complete whilst the company resumed work across three floors. The building offered some new and unusual features like plasterboard feature ceilings and underfloor air conditioning which the team factored into their design in order to produce clean finishes.

Through a combination of fixed desks and agile workspaces Oktra have provided Williams Lea Tag with an environment that is diverse and adaptable to their needs. The space includes meeting rooms and booths, phone pods, teapoints and an abundance of breakout areas. Subtle brand colours were used for wayfinding on each floor in conjunction with rough cut wooden panelling and feature lighting to create an office that achieved a SKA Gold rating. Sustainable fabrics and furnishings were used, resulting in the highest SKA rating for an environmental office.
