Upstate Offices – Sydney
Inscape Projects Group completed the design for the Upstate offices, a real estate company located in Sydney, Australia.
Inscape worked with Upstate, a modern and prestigious realty brand, to design and construct their brand new space in Dee Why, NSW. Upstate is dubbed the future of real estate and is leading the way in the Australian property market from their 1800m2 space in the Northern Beaches. The finished project is a sleek and modern but functional space where the properties Upstate represent can best be highlighted throughout the multifunctional and technologically forward space.
The reception area is a bold feature created for impact as you walk in. The clean white finishes and use of geometric angles create a dramatic effect paired with the five full length screens, showcasing Upstate’s recent catalogue of luxury properties. The use of natural timbers and greenery in this zone freshens up the space making it inviting whilst retaining the sleek and modern look and feel. The striking and inviting front of house space was designed with Upstate’s premium clientele in mind. For this purpose, the emphasis was on form and function.
The polished concrete flooring throughout the space is a nod to the modern industrial interior design trend which creates impact whilst not overshadowing the intricacies of the space. The colours and textures of the flooring can also be found in the complimenting panelling of the meeting rooms which are carpeted for acoustics and to create an inviting space for clients. The curved glass meeting rooms create an air of openness whilst retaining privacy and confidentiality for clientele. The smooth flowing curvature of the glass is complimented by the suspended strip lighting which leads you on a journey throughout the entire space.
The use of technology in Upstate’s space is vast with emphasis on connectivity, interaction and the streamlined experience Upstate offers their clients. High definition screens awash with luxury properties and bold branding fill the space. Each meeting room has integrated booking systems, smart lighting, curved multimedia screens and many other features that make the space not only aesthetically pleasing but heightens efficiency and productivity for team members. Upstate’s minimalistic, smart and striking headquarters is a functional and flowing space created to work with their busy professional team and impress their clientele through a high level of service offerings and the seamless functionality of the combined professional work space and client facing front of house.
