Das Capital Offices – Singapore
Elliot James was tasked with the design for the Das Capital offices, an investment management company located in Singapore.
Elliot James were tasked with transforming a residential property into a commercial headquarters to be used for working, entertainment, short term accommodation for overseas staff and board meetings.
This was a very unique brief as the property had interesting spaces with a pool facing basement with glass on three sides. The brief had its challenges as it was in this space that Elliot James was tasked with designing and installing a 5 meter wide golf simulator and lounge area.
For the main office Elliot James designed a number of bespoke desks that would offer an architectural compliment from all sides. With curved steel and clean lines the desks run parallel to the glass on either side. At one end is a central storage unit and at the opposite end of the space is a break out lounge with commissioned artwork.
