Regatta Offices – Manchester
A former WWI arms factory in Manchester is now the freshly renovated offices of Regatta, a space that unites the outdoor clothing company's 350 employees under one roof.
SpaceInvader completed the offices for Regatta, an outdoors clothing company located in Manchester, England.
The £10m project saw the conversion of the company’s existing warehouse, originally a WWI arms factory, into a striking Grade A office environment. The aim was to bring together the Group’s three international outdoor brands – Regatta, Craghoppers and Dare2b – alongside the Hawkshead retail business on a single floor plate in a modern HQ that retains brand definition by embracing their distinct culture and values. For the first time in the company’s history, all of its 350 HQ employees are under one roof.
The concept has delivered a unique working landscape complete with trees, plants, boardwalks, a wooden pavilion and a central ‘Campsite’ where employees can eat, meet, interact and collaborate. The design team took inspiration from Regatta’s ‘great outdoors’ brand and created the great indoors – a place where each brand is brought to life.
