Carbonleo Offices – Montreal
Conceptum International was engaged by the development and management company, Carbonleo, to design their offices located in Montreal, Canada.
Carbonleo is a private Quebec based property development and management company. Story builders, they draw inspiration from top creators and from world-class best practises. They meet the needs of consumers by creating living spaces where shops, businesses, culture, entertainment, and housing co-exist in perfect harmony.
Conceptum has had the pleasure and opportunity to draw inspiration from iconic projects, both conceptually and in the architectural layout of this project. We were able to create a project that reflects Carbonleo’s innovative image.
The project needed to radiate quality above and beyond the usual standards, while emphasizing the environment, space, light, and a sense of community.
As we enter, the concept showcases an impressive plant wall that expresses to visitors an undeniable environmental focus and a non-negligible added value for employees by improving well-being, productivity, and satisfaction. The warm aspect of wood is used and stylized in modern and decorative architectural elements which define the different working areas. Transparency and the use of glass, through the inclusion of Artopex architectural walls, lets natural light enter the space, which was a mandatory and omnipresent premise when defining working spaces.
Finally, the use of black metal around glass partitions imbues the space with a classy urban spirit which reflects the company’s image.
Moved in since 2019, the client regularly receives heartfelt praise about the success of its amenities from clients and visitors. In summary: mission accomplished.
