JLL NXT Offices – London
Tétris was tasked with the design for the JLL NXT studio located in London, England.
Innovative design + technology = a force to change the (real estate) world.
When JLL asked us to partner with them to revolutionise the way occupiers search for new office space across London, we listened, designed, and delivered the NXT Office.
This state-of-the-art studio combines JLL’s industry-leading knowledge, with the latest technology. The result is an unprecedented digital experience facilitating office selection. Instead of spending days on office viewing tours, visitors can virtually tour office spaces and physically manipulate plans, images and data controlled by infra-red sensors.
But we haven’t stopped there. The suite is ever evolving. The introduction of the NXT Space feature means that not only can visitors virtually tour office space, but they can now visually model and plan how their workplace will look. Utilising the latest floor plans to model different scenarios and optimise requirements in real time.
Tétris joined forces with 8 JLL teams on this project, making this a great example of a truly joined-up approach.
