Rolls Royce & Partners Offices – London
K2 Space recently designed the offices of the iconic Rolls Royce & Partners located in London, England.
We worked with the local team at Rolls Royce & Partners to design and build their new London office at 1 Brewers Green in Westminster.
The 5,500 Sq. Ft space encapsulates the iconic Rolls Royce brand and provides staff with a space to comfortably work and where they can bring clients.
The design brief was all about staff and reflecting the brand throughout the new workplace, and this is shown via the use of the classic Rolls Royce brand palette and the inclusion of iconic furniture and finishes.
Maxmising natural light in the workplace was another key concern with key work areas positioned deliberately to optimise natural light. Work stations, all of which are sit-stand are adjacent to windows while the striking and busy boardroom offers fantastic views over the local area.
A mix of finishes and textures are utilised throughout with a marble reception greeting visitors, hardwood flooring throughout and brickwork evident in key areas.
