Designed to be a collaborative and productive hub for their growing workforce; Rauxa's new home in New York City nurtures their powerful culture and drives productivity with a design centered around their people, their promises and their passion to drive bold results.
Spector Group was tasked with the office design for marketing group, Rauxa, located in New York City, New York.
As the nation’s largest woman-owned advertising agency with a strong passion for their clients and a philosophy to show up and get things done; it was only fitting to design an environment without limitations that would allow their team and their organization the freedom to be bold, encourage creativity and stimulate growth.
As you enter Rauxa’s office space, you are met with a warm, inviting reception, contrasting tones and bold neon lighting. At the heart of the space is the open town hall with a fully equipped pantry, decked with stadium seating where employees can hold collaborative meetings or simply socialize. Fostering the agency’s collaborative nature; the office space is designed to be 100% open with a mixture of break-out areas, meeting rooms and team rooms all equipped with whiteboards, pin-up areas, and technology; while touch down offices and phone rooms cater individual tasks that require privacy. As employees move throughout the space, their environment offers a combination of work style, supporting individual productivity and work efficiency.
Throughout the space, Rauxa’s mission and vibrant style are notably tailored into every experience with signature graffiti from their previous SOHO office space, neon lighting, contrasting design elements and an enviable 360-degree view of the Manhattan skyline creating impressionable moments within your day.
We took simple design approaches and used the natural benefits of the space such as the floor to ceiling windows which provided the space with ample natural lighting. Glass walls were incorporated around touchdown offices, meeting rooms and the main boardroom to enhance the line of sight and light exposure throughout. The outdoor terrace supports the blended design of spaces allowing for natural exposure to the outdoors and provides a space that allows employees to break away and refocus.
Rauxa’s office space exudes their mantra of Bold Results, bringing their brand to life, paying homage to their history and creating a space that works for them.
