iCrossing Offices – New York City
Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects designed iCrossing’s new advertising offices at the Sheffield located in the heart of New York City, New York.
This advertising agency office is located on the 5th floor and spans approximately 10,000 square feet with open views of the city. The overall design approach was to create an open office with comfortable, flexible spaces that can be used for collaborating and team meetings.
GKV designed an open lounge area with custom banquettes that can be used for both working or breakout. It includes a sleek coffee bar and soft lounge seating. There is a full pantry with a pop of color and a retro vibe for the employees use as well.
The concept of the space was to captivate the often visiting clients as well as the employees. The reception area incorporates art and bespoke sculptural desk and creates hospitality-like settings.
