CHG Meridian Offices – São Paulo
LP+A Arquitetura was tasked with the design for the offices of CHG Meridian, an IT service management company, located in São Paulo, Brazil.
Two pillars constitute the concept of this project: the rescue of the company’s background and the expression of its main values. As a company that provides technological and financial management services, it was important to design a space focused on efficiency and organization. A clean and minimalist design invokes the German head office’s atmosphere and translate the concepts mentioned above.
Straight lines are the strongest element of this project, guiding people around the office. Areas are delimited by lighting and the contrast of materials used on the floor and ceiling. Other elements around the office like joinery, lighting and branding also show the presence of these lines, making this a visually cohesive space.
The result is an elegant and sophisticated ambience that expresses confidence in their work. To convey austerity, neutral colors and noble materials like Statuario marble and timber are vastly used. In contrast, timber when combined with greenery, humanize the space, bringing comfort to the users.
