Rallyday Partners Offices – Denver
Acquilano Inc. recently achieved the office design for Rallyday Partners, a private investment equity firm located in Denver, Colorado.
Established by founders for founders, Rallyday Partners empowers entrepreneurs to scale their business through capital support and professional business coaching. Located in Denver’s Cherry Creek district, Rallyday Partners is adjacent to it’s sister company, CiviCO. This project was envisioned as a distinct extension of the successfully designed CiviCO community leadership club and is poised to capitalize on the shared synergies between these organizations.
Intentionally designed as the place where strong relationship foundations are established, the design team curated an intimate space for technology-free communication. Employing a uniquely warm lighting concept, bespoke millwork detailing, inviting furnishings, and a custom coffered ceiling, The “Leadership Library” is a relaxed space where partners can comfortably discuss challenges and aspirations with prospective business leaders. White oak slats give vertical structure to the Leadership Library’s screened enclosure. The solid wood members double as shelving supports as recurrent profile extensions provide support for horizontal powder-coated metal shelving.
Along the elevation shared with the conference room, a glass partition is added for acoustic separation. Detailed with thoughtful joinery, these components are arranged simplistically for a beautiful composition. Partners can get down to business in this conference room outfitted to accommodate lengthy strategy sessions. Comfortable conference chairs, a craftsman-built conference table, smoked glass enclosure, and textural carpet by Shaw Contract make for a serene and inspiring visit. Back-painted glass whiteboards and robust audio-visual provide the necessary tools to achieve meeting tasks and promote business. Acquilano designed a space that thoughtfully and creatively supported to the client’s needs to “make it a Rallyday”.
