Swarovski Optik Offices – Absam
Blaha Office has realized the office design for Swarovski Optik, a high-quality optic gear manufacturing company, located in Absam, Austria.
Small details change how things are perceived, according to Swarovski Optik. The visual aspect is crucial for a company that prides itself with perfecting vision and visibility. The family business has been optimising telescopes and binoculars ever since it had been founded. Renowned naturalists, bird and animal watchers have been relying on their expertise for decades.
The brand’s credo “for the love of nature” is reflected in the design and choice of material at the company’s headquarters in Tyrol. The mountain views are the perfect backdrop to an office which is inspired and driven by nature.
Offices and communication zones are equipped with products from Blaha Office. The CASONI partition walls at different heights create zones within the open space. Wood and graphite tones convey a natural atmosphere. Veneered edges of the FRAME storage system and cover panels made of solid wood fit perfectly into the colour palette of the architecture. The light shade of the height-adjustable MOTUU table tops complements the exchange of clear design language and high-quality materials.
The interplay of nature from the outside, the architecture and the furniture create a welcoming atmosphere for innovation and design.
