Prudential Offices – Hanoi
ADP Architects has achieved the office design for global life insurance company, Prudential, located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Prudential is a well-known life insurance company in the world. Coming to Vietnam since 1995, the company has gained a reputation among the customer. However, the Vietnamese insurance firms still had to face the customers’ prejudice and Prudential was no exception. Therefore, the company aims to deliver the new brand image to the customers by firstly creating the new friendly client experience that reinforces its new brand identity through the customer service center. In addition, the new office is expected to increase staff performance.
ADP comes up with ‘The Prudential Galerie’ concept, inspired by an open, friendly, and youthful café space while still evoking a cozy feeling. With the aim to bring the best experiences to the customers, this area also has a calm room and a VIP room to take care of the customers by ensuring the customers’ privacy and security.
To create a better workplace, ADP design a people-centric space to bring the best working experience for its employees. The open workspaces use glass partitions between rooms. The co-working spaces are widened and the supporting areas are also upgraded to enhance staff’s collaboration and productivity.
