Chubb Offices – Hanoi
ADP Architects were engaged by Chubb to design and build their life insurance offices located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Chubb is the world’s largest publicly traded P&C insurance company and a leading commercial lines insurer in the U.S. With operations in Vietnam, Chubb Life Insurance provides commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance, and life insurance to a diverse group of clients.
Chubb Life Insurance Vietnam always focuses on not only enhancing the client’s experience but also developing the human resource of the company.
The new workspace of Chubb Life Insurance Vietnam is specified as the customer service center. According to the client requirements, ADP creates a modern space with a first-class experience for customers and express branding through the workspace. The hospitality design language is applied to the Chubb office with wood and warm colors scheme with the metal materials to enhance the reliable, luxurious, and welcoming feeling of customers.
In addition, the space for the internal team was also invested with modern facilities based around an unassigned/mobility environment, featured a variety of work settings that support the training and collaborative activities of staff.
