RSM Poland Offices – Warsaw
BIT CREATIVE Barnaba Grzelecki designed the inspiring and creative offices for tax consultancy, RSM Poland, located in Warsaw, Poland.
New RSM Poland office in Warsaw office complex Gadański Business Center is functional and spacious but most of all inspiring and creativity stimulating. The interior is teeming with life while conscious usage of materials and brand colours imparts the incomparable ambience.
The main assumption for BIT CREATIVE’s new office project was creating a modern and comfortable space for the rapidly expanding RSM Poland team. They wanted the new location and new office to be an expression of the highest standards of not only customer care but also those concerning the quality of the working environment. Nearly one thousand square meters which they arranged in the Gdański Business Center complex will allow them to increase employment significantly during the upcoming 2 or 3 years which will additionally enhance their market presence.
New interiors were meant to be modern and comfortable above all but also design was playing the key role. BIT CREATIVE wanted both visual attractiveness expressed by use of most contemporary industrial design and interior design trends, as well as friendly working environment and office ergonomics which they can find in extraordinary finishing elements and the highest quality of furnishing.
For the investor, acoustics of the interior were of great importance. It is important not only for everyday work comfort, but also encourages building trustfulness and creating a confidentiality atmosphere, which is so crucial for their relations with clients. The new office had to comply with the professional character of the sector and be compatible with worldwide RSM brand visual identification.
The working environment has been ideally suited for the investor. Interior design is functional and spacious but most of all inspiring and creativity stimulating. The interior is teeming with life while conscious usage of materials and brand colours imparts the incomparable ambience.
The office space has been divided into parts suitable for teams and semi-private or publicly accessible conference rooms. Interior layout and finishing elements are a result of studio vision and practical needs of the employees, whereas small conference rooms allow for quiet and focus work, which has been one of the important tasks set for the studio.
Interior was designed in modern, industrial style but with a dose of coziness. White tones and cool shades of concrete were countered with big amounts of wood, lively vegetation and brand accents of RSM Poland. Combination of greenery, wooden elements and lighting system acts as repetitive theme throughout the whole interior. Finishing elements of the walls forms completion while arrangement itself is sated with a great number of interesting details.
BIT CREATIVE likes to use Polish design in their projects, therefore they use furniture made by Polish brands frequently. In the project, the architects implemented lots of interesting accessories and materials which match each other. In conjunction with distinctive RSM Poland branding it forms an integral whole.
