AIA Vietnam Life Insurance Offices – Ho Chi Minh City
DBA Interiors brought a sense of joy and freedom when designing AIA Vietnam Life Insurance’s offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Located inside Vincom Dong Khoi – one of the largest shopping malls in Ho Chi Minh City, the new 1800m2 AIA Exchange office created an informal feeling with amazing Saigon cityscape, harmonious and experiential flow, a design concept that rests on AIA’s philosophy to bring joy and freedom to all of their clients and staffs.
The design concept rests on one of the company’s core values: flexibility. One of the challenges in the design to DBA INTERIORS – the top professional ID contractor was to create the most flexible space that allows personal works, alongside a joint work involving a hundred employees and active event space. In addition, to create a comfortable feeling for customers when using service, WOUDSENSE furniture is chosen with an aim to create an informal feeling and natural, harmonious, and experiential flow.
There are 04 main functional spaces that include Greetings/Events – Academy – Team Working – Back Office. Despite the differences between those, about 80% of which is open space, is capable of accommodating a multitude of situations at any given moment. DBA INTERIORS offer each of the main spaces their own entrances and ability to merge them all for greater events that are planned to frequently happen as needed.
A big collaboration space acts as an event space when needed, featuring a complex system of curvy long polycarbonate panels with RGB LED strip light. At night, it lights up the event space with its hundreds of colors and conventional ceiling feature system.
In the lounges, the Udine sofa is perfectly integrated into an open and fluid environment that exemplifies warmness without complexities and offers, at the same time, more versatile options for individuals or teamwork. The modern and slightly retro lines of the Modenese chairs emphasize the comfortable atmosphere of the space. With a cutout back, soft upholstery, curved and scooped-back frame as if to hug, embrace and support, Modenese provokes the feeling of trust and protection. A luxe and modern look with sleek characteristics, the Nadi Lounge chair, also by WOUDSENSE, is a fashionable object that gives the space the high-end touch. The celebration of dynamic and energetic insurance agents and their envisionment of the future is sublimation in the choice of precise furniture pieces reflecting their true personality.
